Making a big purchase for your home or office can require a lot of thought and can be quite time consuming. If you are unsure or need some more information before you commit to your purchase, please don't hesitate to get in contact with us. Our team will make sure you are confident and happy with your choice!
Lighting, rugs, and home decor over $250 are all final sale and not eligible for return. Small accessory items can be returned if they are in their original packaging and condition, for a credit note for the purchase price not including shipping costs. These returns require pre-authorization and must contain original receipt, so please contact us before shipping anything back.
You will receive a credit once the product is received in the warehouse and the merchandise has been inspected. Please allow 1-2 weeks for processing.
CANCELLATIONS AND MODIFICATIONS
Please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order should you need to cancel or modify it. If the order has already been shipped from our warehouse or the manufacturer, it is unlikely we will be able to cancel it or make changes.
